Nexium® 12 Hour Heartburn Relief Tablets Dosage:The recommended dose of Nexium® 12 Hour Heartburn Relief Tablets is 2 tablets each of Nexium® Heartburn Relief and Nexium® Heartburn Relief + Prilosec® 12 Hour Heartburn Relief Tablets. The dose may be increased to 4 tablets (10 mg) each of Nexium® Heartburn and Nexium® Heartburn Relief + Prilosec® 12 Hour Heartburn Tablets. Nexium® Heartburn Tablets should be taken at least 4 hours apart from the use of Prilosec® Heartburn. Prilosec® Heartburn Tablets should be swallowed with the evening before the use of Nexium® 12 Hour Tablets. Do not take 1 tablet within 30 days after you take Nexium® 12 Hour Tablets to make up for a missed dose.
